Hello,

 

I’m currently overseas and need to contact customer service or someone from the Billing department. The problem is that I’m overseas and through my self serve account I can only request a call back. Unfortunately that doesn’t work for me since I can’t be called on my Koodo number. Is there any other way to contact someone from Koodo? Via email or is there a number I could call. I sort of urgently need support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
