Hello,

I’m overseas and need to contact Koodo asap. I actually posted a topic about this before and got a reply by @Flo Koodo. Unfortunately I the topic was closed and I can comment anymore. Could anyone from Koodo contact me please? I have been in the hospital over here and wasn’t able to reply soon enough. My problem is that I can’t find ab email adress, or a phone number that I can call from overseas, to contact Koodo. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the quick reply. I need help with billing. I’m past due on my billing and could loose service with Koodo any day now. The problem is that I wasn’t able to set up a payment plan or contact someone from Koodo at all, since I’ve been overseas for medical reasons since May. Is there any way you could help with this. I’d prefer not to give my personal information over this forum, unless it’s private to anyone other than a Koodo representative.  Thank you.

so a koodo representative on the this platform, similar to Flo, will have “Koodo” written after their user name and their ranking will be classed as an “official rep”. If personal info is needed, they will contact you through a private message on this platform, they won’t ask for it on the thread here.

Usually if you’re over seas, you have to contact a rep through Koodo’s social media pages. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, there are associated logos with Facebook and X (twitter) and if you click them it will take you to koodo’s pages where you can contact a rep through chat, it is managed similarly to the community. Alternatively, if a mobile master chooses, they can flag a rep such as Flo on here to help you if they can or if a rep sees your post, they will respond as we have. I hope this helps 🙂

I tried paying my bill a few weeks ago and it always failed. I took some screenshots of it as proof.

Then I ended up in the hospital again and wasn’t able to deal with this. Now it’s high time I get this settled but don’t know how to. So do I understand correctly I can get in touch with a rep on Facebook? I’ll try that, but if someone could flag a rep that would be a huge help.
