My phone plan changed on its own

I got a new phone plan with Koodo last December on Black Friday. The monthly service charge was $34/month and in the agreement they sent me, it never said anything about the plan expiring or that there would be a change in the rate.

Today I just got the bill for the upcoming month and I noticed my phone plan was somehow changed to $39/month and they charged me $41.98. I’m confused as to how this happened because I never changed my phone plan?

I changed my phone plan back to the $34 one but yeah I’m just confused :/

Can you login to self serve and check to see if the price of the plan went up or if a credit fell off?

You may need to download a few pdf ebills to compare the change in the plan/credits.
