On November 12, 2024, I requested a line through the koodo website .I think due to the strike at Canada post, my line was not delivered within the deadline and I received a cancellation message.A few weeks later I requested a new line and received it today. After the necessary activation, my invoice shows one month's payment for the cancelled line with the phone number xxxxxxxx52 

My line was canceled but the monthly payment is shown on my bill.

Let me flag a rep to take a look since you didn’t use the line at all.

We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you:
