my bill is negative

Hi

I canceled my account because I changed my mobile carrier but my phone number is still same.

Then I got negative billing from Koodo. 

I did not set auto payment. So I know I cannot refund through it.

And I moved house but did not change the address before canceling the plan.

So, I think I cannot get the cheque for refund.

What should I do??

You could ask the person at the previous address to give the cheque to you. If you can't, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist.
