I’ve been trying for the past month to update my billing address in Self Serve and it doesn’t work. Canada Post finds the address, the website says I changed it successfully, but it never updates. How do I fix this?

I recommend you enable incognito mode /invisible mode of the web browsers to see if that can help. If it doesn't, you will have to schedule a call back from Koodo and ask a rep to assist. Go here www.koodo.com/chat
 


Tried both. The rep told me there was nothing they could do on their end. I asked for a manager to do a callback, I don’t think they ever did.

That was weird, you already spoke to a manager? What was the purpose of another call back? What was the reason that they gave out when they said the couldn't do it?


The rep said for privacy reasons, he couldn’t access my account to update the address. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that I had to arrange a callback and the manager would call in 48-72 hours. Still haven’t gotten the call.
