My plan is for $30 which I got it changed in the month of Nov 23 and support to get no connection charge and I am charged $60 connection fee which i paid last month and I got a new bill of $62 with $32 due from last month which I paid already.

We have just checked and the most recent bill includes indeed January and February bills. The last payment covered the December bill.
