I have 2 lines in my koodo account. This month I saw 5$ service increase without notice. I am trying to talk to customer service with koodo support but it’s shitty chat service does not help with my answers and there is no way to call customer service by yourself. I tried scheduling a call back but seems like I can only schedule it 2 days after!! I am so annoyed at this that I have a question and for the help I have to wait for 2 days!!!! Can someone help me out with this issue otherwise I am cancelling my koodo plan which has 2 lines and I will never recommend koodo to my peers.
Customer service matters a lot to run a business but I am not feeling being valued here!!
