Mobile bill increased without notice

I have 2 lines in my koodo account. This month I saw 5$ service increase without notice. I am trying to talk to customer service with koodo support but it’s shitty chat service does not help with my answers and there is no way to call customer service by yourself. I tried scheduling a call back but seems like I can only schedule it 2 days after!! I am so annoyed at this that I have a question and for the help I have to wait for 2 days!!!! Can someone help me out with this issue otherwise I am cancelling my koodo plan which has 2 lines and I will never recommend koodo to my peers. 
Customer service matters a lot to run a business but I am not feeling being valued here!!

Check the pdf copy of your bill in self serve. The last bill before the price change would include the notification.

Nope. Checked and compared bills from past few months. No notice!

Take a look at your last months bill, (likely July).
It will be the very last thing on the very last page and look something like this:

 

Ya, I got the exact same increase, from $50 to $55, per tax.

Did you check your last few bills for the notice that Allan gave?

Nice and sneaky Koodo.

A notice by text would have been the appropriate thing to do.

Koodo raises their price,  but how does this benefit the consumer?
