mistake in my first bill

Hi i am new customer of koodo and i am taking the sim in my origin country india . My sim was activated on 1 st of July , i got a bill on 2 days before the bill amount shows its 52$ but when i am purchasing the sim the executive is described the amount is jus 35 $ + tax . How the amount increased this much . Please make an explanation about this and please revise my bill also

can you please take a screen shot of your PDF bill from self serve outlining the charges and reply here? Make sure to remove any personal information as this is a public platform.

If this is your first bill, you are charged for a pro-rated amount for your partial billing cycle (you always start part way through your billing cycle).  And then you are charged for 1 month ahead.  You can see this in your detailed pdf ebill
