My contract just ended so I  signed up by phone for another 2 year contract on Black Friday (November 29th).  The agent said that he would honour the $34 for 60 GB BF promo, and would reduce it by an additional $5 for auto pay and add a Pixel 8A for $0.  So in total it would be $29 + tax for 60 GB at 5G.     I’ve now received the phone, but my plan hasn’t changed on my dashboard and the new contract doesn’t show any credits?

 

I also added two more lines and am wondering how long it may take for the sim cards to ship?  I didn’t receive any shipping email for the phone and it looks like I’m not going to get one for the sims either.  Can I request an esim instead at this rate?
