Hello, I got a new line with my new device during the B Friday sale and I had enabled pre authorized payment on my account. But I did not receive my $5/month discount as promised on my first bill.  

Could you please help?

The bill date was 1 day before setting up the autopay, this is why the autopay discount wasn’t applied.
