Hello, I took advantage of the Black Friday Special for a free Samsung S24 FE phone which included 70 gb data plan for $45/mth less $5 if with autopay. I was already utilizing the autopay option at the time I took the promotion so I didn’t understand why I didn’t get the $5 discount and was still billed $45. Can you please investigate correct my billing going forward and credit back any portion of my missed discount? Thanks

The discount appears as Pre-Authorized Payments Discount -$5.00
