Hello - I had enabled auto-pay on my account on an eligible plan and did not receive my $5/month discount.   

Could you please look into this.

When I logged into my account at the time, during Black Friday week, it was clearly advertised to me.   There didn’t appear to be any caveats to signing up. 

Your link is not helpful after the fact. 

I will be removing auto-pay effective immediately.
