Hi, I have been charged for texting on US nos. I did but by mistake as was unable to differentiate between Canada no. and US no. as both have similar country code which is +1
Request to revoke $7 extra for these messages.

This is customer forum. Unfortunately, you can’t request it here. Anyway, those are legit charge though. There is a perk of international text that you could add to your plan to avoid those fee.
