I’m getting frustrated with Koodo. I payment my late payment due and they want to charge another same amount, when I have already paid.

I have payments that show on my bank account that I have paid this big amount. Can they not add and getting through to them is a frigging nightmare.

How can I get help through this. 

I’m not sure what you’re asking. If your payment isn’t showing up, that might be because you used bank transfer. if so, then it takes about 5 business days to show up in your account.
