I was charged $55.80 for long-distance calls on my bill. However, my plan included 1,000 mins international LD, and the destinations I called are listed as eligible for free usage. Could you please explain why I was charged this amount?
Also, I scheduled a callback, but after following all the steps, no one responded. I waited for 20 minutes, and then the call was disconnected.

We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you:

Thank you for signing in! I was able to check your account, the original order failed and had to be reactivated. With the new order, the $0 1000 minute Long Distance add-on was mistakenly not activated, our apologies for that.
I’ve now added the add-on to your account, you will be able to confirm in your Self Serve. Please restart your phone when you get the chance to make sure it comes into effect.
I’ve also added a credit for the $55.80 + tax charge and an upcoming credit for your February bill as you had a $10.80 charge pending. You’ll be able to confirm the credit in your online account and the pending credit on your February bill.
