My monthly bill had a long distance charge of $24 ; A 30-min call to Washington. I didn’t make this call. What happened here and how can I get refunded for this amount?

I would recommend you check the time and date of the call in self serve. After that check your phone to see if there is any record of it. As well did you make any zoom or google meet at that time?


August 11, 3:17pm, I checked my calendar and don’t see any calls for that time. My zoom/google meet aren’t linked to my mobile number so even if I did take a call it wouldn’t have showed here.

If you are unaware of it and if no one else would have access to your phone, we recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist, so a tech rep can further investigate.
