I placed an order for iphone 16 pro max but got it cancelled before shipping. But even after 1 month my bill is still reflecting 74 dollars for the tab balance in my bill. Koodo has not ben able to resolve my issue. Don’t know what they’re good at if they can’t resolve customer queries.

Maybe the bill was generated already. What does it show on the amount due?

I have cancelled my plan and the bill amount shows all the amount due for the month. I only used the plan for a week after the last bill and the bill reflects the amount for the whole month. The customer care said the bill would be adjusted for the time period used. 


When did you cancel? if you canceled near the plan date, then it may not reflect the cancellation until your next bill.

 

Also how much did you use your plan compared to the plan allotment?  Remember that data and minutes are prorated, so if you use all your data and minutes in the 1 week, then you will be charged the full plan.  Otherwise, you would incur overage


I cancelled on October 17 just 10 days i to my plans. Haven’t even used half of the data or any of the other benefits. The bill shows full amount due $53. I am not sure why that’s happening. 


And which invoice date is this for?  You should see the invoice date if you download your detailed pdf ebill


The invoice date is October 16th 2024. 


If you canceled on Oct.17, and the invoice date is Oct. 16, then you canceled AFTER the invoice already came out.

Your next bill will have the appropriate pro-rated bill for the cancellation
