It’s the fourth day in a row that I’ve been trying to cancel my plan, but no one calls me back or helps me cancel it. I’ve had to complain several times, and all I want is to cancel it because I’m going back to Brazil and won’t be using it. Unfortunately, I don’t know what else to do and need help. When I signed up for the plan, everything was done at lightning speed, but now I can’t cancel it, and it’s been a while. Please cancel my plan.

 

This FAQ tells you about cancelling and what you are responsible for, but in the last item, it says if you cannot contact them, use Facebook. I think the link is at the very bottom of this page.
