My husband and I have each been charged $16 a day for roaming charges from December 17th to 26th 2023. We were connected to wifi the entire time a the resort we were at. Could someone please tell me why my bill is $500 when we did not use any roaming services

We have checked and we see there was mobile data for the most part that triggered the charges and 1 call . For the other line, there was mobile data and voicemail check.
