Koodo has been STEALING money from us for a number of months since we discontinued service with them. They keep charging my credit cars.

I have gone to the Koodo store, called customer service, and talked to the Koodo Assistant chatbot, and none would help stop them from charging us, let alone repaying us. There is no support email to ask for help.

I am out of ideas and the only thing that comes to call the police.

Before I do, can anyone help me please?

Hi ​@Dalyweissig, if you’re still being charged then the service may not be cancelled. Is this for a prepaid or postpaid account?

I am not able to log in because the service has been cancelled a while ago.

I have also filed a complaint, but have not received a reply.

Please arrange for a call to me or email to me directly so this can finally be resolved.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I went to the online chatbox. In facr, I tried many times and each time I went to schedule a callback, they said they were too busy. Please, I am on the virge of filing a complait with the police. I don't have time for this nonsense. Please get someone to call me so we can quickly resolve it

How did you cancel with Koodo? Did you ever have any email confirmation of the cancellation?

As your account was already cancelled a while back, the dispute must be done via a scheduled call back or chatting with them via Facebook messaging.


We switched from Koodo to Freedom. And at the Koodo store, they told us that Freedom would deactivate our account with Koodo and thereafter, we would not br charged.

I cannot see a confirmation email of the cancellation. However, we do have a text message from Koodo about transferring the phone number to another service provider. A picture is attached.

We have a facebook only for our business. I dont know how to use it, Im a bit old school. And as I mentioned, I tried several times already eitht he chatbox.

 


So I saw the cancellation date is Oct 05? If so, you should still have access to self-serve and download the PDF bill to see the detail of the fee. Check the page 3 and 4 of the PDF, they should tell you what is going on.

As well, after cancellation, Koodo would send another bill (final bill) on the next billing date. Have you checked to see if that bill was fully paid?
