I don't understand. Changes were made in my account without my knowledge and my data was increased without my permission. Now I have to pay a bill I don't know about. I was scheduled for a call yesterday and they did call twice but didn't speak. All they said was they are sorry they couldn't get to me.
What's wrong with this system?
I demand to speak with a human being and not a robotic assistant who keeps asking me the same question.
I refuse in all rights to pay such bill.
That's violation and Koodo has no right what so ever to increase my data without my permission and demand me to pay for it. Non, that's illegal and there are penalties for such. So please, I kindly demand to speak with a human being who will explain everything to me.
