I have made the payment of the bill generated through CIBC bank account. Its almost 9 days and I haven’t received the conversation of the payment and bill is still reflecting in my dues.

We can see that the payment was processed on the 22’nd of April. The current amount due, on the Koodo Account is at $0. It would usually update in the overview section of the Self Serve account.
If by any chance it still shows an amount due, we would recommend clearing the cache and cookies, try incognito mode or even a different browser.
Just to confirm, the information provided is in regards to the phone number ending in #52 .
