Hello,

I started to use an iphone 15 plus since end of July and signal is showing 5G+, and the voice and data is using 5G as well. Never used 3G since changing to the new iphone.

Please help to check why I am still getting a $3 chage for 3G Price Increase in my bills from August until now.

My iphone is not old one, but may from other country. If this is the case, I have to leave Kodoo after using Kodoo for 13 years and change to another carrier . My duaughter uses Xiaomi civi with Fizz, and my mom uses Huawei with Fido. They both don’t have this kinds of charge. I will change my plan to Fizz or Fido to remove this ridiculous charge.

Have you succeeded in enabling WiFi calling? if you have, the phone should be fine for VoLTE and won’t need 3G for calling. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling?


I can turn on the wifi calling if this can remove this $3 charge.
