Had a 'Telus representative' knock on the door and ask about switching over my cell phone, home internet at a competitive rate if I sign up for the security services.

Got convinced to port to Telus from Rogers  (26Yr old Gentleman from Vietnam- Jake \ Hien Nyugen). He offered 325 per month + taxes as part of a promotion for 2 years.

1 week later when the paperwork started coming in ,  the plan will cost 463 per month. I used to pay 395 (with Taxes ) to Rogers.

What he said :I will get: 3 mobile phone plan + Home Security Plan + Internet for 325 + taxes. + promo subscription of Netflix, Disney, Prime and Apple TV

I was paying: 395 (Inclusive of Taxes) per month to Rogers for the 3 mobile + 1.5GBPS internet plan (without the Home Security Plan)

In reality, Telus does not bundle Internet with Mobility here.. Internet is a Kodoo account  and speeds are lesser than Rogers (1GBPS vs 1.5 GBPS) and total cost for me is going to be 367 for Telus + 96 for Kodoo that is 463 for Overall to get a home security service which I did not even want. 

Customer service call back says they cannot cancel my account as i do not know my account number. I cannot see the account number when I log in to Kodoo. not even when I go to My Profile.

Was there a breakdown of the original offer that the sales rep gave to you?  An agreement or contract?

 

The 96 for Koodo is for 3 lines.  What are the plans the amounts per line?

What is the break down for Telus home internet and home security?

Is there a missing bundle credit? when you compare it with the original contract from Jake?
