I log into my account and it says my payment is past due but it is not and my next bill date is Jan. 16.  It’s up to date payment wise besides the bill for that date. I don’t want to get a suspension but also can’t talk to any reps till tomorrow, which is a joke.  I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this ?

Can you provide a screenshot of your account showing that it is overdue?


When I got the new bill I owed 48 cents or something from the previous bill but tossed that and bit extra on it as soon as I saw it. I usually pay a bit after the first of the month so worried about suspension

We verified the account and found that, after your recent payment of $2.55, as shown in the picture above, your account is up to date until the next due date in January 16. 

Past due is shown in the Self Serve account as the invoice was released with a $0.44 past due and it can take a few business days to update after the amount is covered. As the amount above is in current due, your account is not in danger of being suspended.
