Is there a website bug when setting up pre-authorized payments?

Over the past few days I’ve been trying to set up pre-authorized payments and each time I get an error page telling me the service is unavailable and to try again in an hour.

Over the past few days I’ve been trying to set up pre-authorized payments and each time I get an error page telling me the service is unavailable and to try again in an hour. 

Did you try to clear the cache and cookies from your browser?

No, but I did try it with a different browser. That time the screen to enter card details showed up, but when I pressed submit it showed the error message again with a prompt to try again in an hour.

Have you tried using another device to see if it works?
