Hi I am new in Koodo since 1 month ago. I have 3 lines. I noticed in one of them the last bill had a extra charge or sms. That line is used by my daughter. Is a US number. She told me she didn't do that. Is misterious because was made in a specific day and specific time. See attached image. Is the a way to claim it? I have the $29 x 20GB plan of Black Friday and as I know include free international sms.

 

Also is there a way to block send international sms?

I had this on my last bill too, but trying to reach anyone at Koodo to find out wth is impossible. I was not near the border at all.


This month is even worse, over $35 in these stupid charges.

I decided activated the International Message perk and avoid those charges


I had it activated, but there was an issue and it was still charging. It is now fixed.
