Hi, I was wondering if the installment option is only available for a few Koodo costumers? I’m not able to pay my bill right by the due date, as it does not correspond with my work pay schedule. What can I do?

Payment arrangements is available when you line has been suspended for non-payment

A late payment or a suspended service for non-payment will impact the credit score, more info can be found here
