Insane long-distance charges

I’m not paying the insane long-distance charges on my February bill. An actual human from Koodo should get in touch with me.

We can see multiple international calls made from Canada to other countries on February 8’th , 9’th and 12’th. International calls are charged at a pay per use rate if no other alternative is added before the call is made and they are valid charges.   You can check the full details by downloading the invoice as PDF.

 

If you intend to call internationally in the future, we can recommend one of our plans that have a selection of perks that can be included and tailored to your needs. Details here.
