Hi, I got charged a roaming charge on my current bill Dec 3th roaming charge, but there is no call or data activity for that period of a week. Can someone please reverse this charge? I have tried using the Koodo facebook messager but would get an authentication error. This is frustrating to not able to talk to a real agent.

We have looked into it and there is an outgoing text message that triggered the roaming charge, you can check the usage details in self serve (the date in the usage section is different, as it’s based on the Canadian time, while the date on the bill reflect the time of the roaming location)
Any usage made in roaming, except for incoming text messages, triggers the daily roaming fee.
