Incorrect roaming charges were charged for the nov 3rd and Nov 4th. Never used the mobile services( phone, message or data). Data roaming is turned off based on prior advise. Could you please review my bill for thr roaming charges?

 

What triggered your Easy Roaming charges?

You login to your self serve and check this.  I recommend following the steps in this article.  I have a video made if you want video instructions.  Just let me know

 


I have already reviewed the usage logs and it is matching for Nov 5 not for nov 3 and Nov 4. Easy roaming was triggered erroneous for 3 and 4.


Are you saying there was zero usage (texts send, any talk, and any data) used for Nov. 3 and 4?

Are you checking your personal usage on your phone or are you checking the usage logs on Koodo’s self serve site?  Koodo would not be charging for easy roaming if there wasnt roaming usages at least noted in self serve

 

If so, are you sure the extra charges are for easy roam?


Hi ​@Panneer, the charges on November 3 and 4 were triggered by data usage and are valid. You can check the usage in your Self Serve as well.

Thanks ​@Dennis  and ​@Georgia Koodo , I missed the data portion but I have turned off the data roaming in my mobile. I will reach out if i find something.
