I was charged $14 on my account for “Easy Roam” even though I did not use it at all. I have roaming off at all times, so weird that this happened. Can you please have this charge removed? Thanks.

We can definitely look into that for you. Unfortunately we could not authenticate the account with the log in method you used here. You can log out of the community and when you log back in, use the Self Serve method as in the following picture:

H Darius, I can’t seem to login with the Self Serve as it keeps saying service is unavailable at the moment. I tried a few days ago and tried again today but no luck. Can I just give you my account number so you can look this up for me? Thanks!
Were you traveling outside of Canada at the moment? I wonder that was the reason why you couldn’t login to the forum.
regarding the roaming fee, check your usage in selfserve. Normally it can be triggered by data usage or outgoing sms. Have you disabled data roaming and cellular data while roaming?

I was not travelling outside of Canada, although I was near the border, and I always have roaming off anyways. Usage shows that I made a 1 minute call at 5 in the morning (which I never did) to “ER/VC ROAM/VOY USA”.

I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies, and using 3 different devices with multiple browsers, but it’s still showing the same error. What’s weird is I can login to my Self Serve account no problem, it’s only when logging in through the community website does the login not work. Any other ideas? Thanks.
That’s strange. We did not receive any reports in regards to that and all other verifications, from other customers, works. We will look into that.
I would recommend that you send us a private message via Social Media through the links on the bottom right of the page and our agents can authenticate and look into your request as soon as possible.
