Hi,

Since opening my account two months ago, both invoices have been incorrect to what was agreed upon. Two iPhone 16 plans that should have been totalled as for the first line $55.38 ($29 service + $26.38 tab) and $49.38 ($29 service + $26.38 tab - $5 credit) for the second line have had invoices that exceed this by a significant amount. I am over paying close to $20 dollars for each iPhone 16 line for two invoices now. Could this please be addressed?

We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you:

I made this new account with the registered email address to my Koodo self serve account as I get the following message when I try to do what you suggested:

As much as we want to help, we are unable to access the details here on community, without logging in via self serve.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies on your browser or using incognito?
