Hi there, 

On my next bill due for February 11th I was charged for two days of “easy roam” in the US even though I di did not use easy roam or any data in the US. 

Can someone please resolve this charge on my next bill?

We verified the days with the fee and found that Easy Roam was triggered by answered incoming calls in each of the days while Roaming. You can verify the usage on the 5’th page of the invoice when downloaded as PDF
