Hello, My plan usually I pay usually is $34 + taxes coming to a total of $38.42.
Why the bill of Sep and October and November are $39.80 + taxes giving a total of $44.97?

Please check the final page of your bill immediately before the increase to see if there’s a message about a rate plan increase. That would be August bill in your case then. That’s the standard practice for Koodo to notify about rate plan changes.
