Hello, thanks, but second one should be removed as well, as last bill has incorrect charges as well, but with 10$, so I called to rep to remove it. So please remove the second one as well.

As you see here I have equipment Exchange as well. So totally I was charged 4 times for esim. First one was refunded, second one I eventually got my esim, and last 2 charges I would like to have removed as well (one of them you have already removed). Thanks in advance.

​@Seehii Sorry for the late reply here. My understanding was that the one on the previous bill was the one that you paid in Store.

The bill has been no adjusted.
