After changing to the new $40/65GB plan, my bill increased from $44 to $93. Some data charges were added, and the bill included both old and new monthly fees.  What’s going on? I wouldnt have made any change if i had known it’s so much a hassle?  Can this be rectified soon please?

We have looked into it and this happened because of the data issue at the beginning of the billing cycle.

A credit has been applied for the data overages and will be applied to your next bill along with the prorated plan.
