I am an international student who just arrived in Canada. I found that none of my credit cards work for payments. After reviewing the payment rules, it says I can contact customer service to register these credit cards. However, I can't find the way to do so. What should I do?

So you can schedule a call back with a rep by following the link below. Once you follow the link, select chat now, then either monthly or prepaid depending on your service. From there, follow the chat bot prompts until you're able to schedule a call back with a rep. Once you do, they will be able to register the international card. I hope this clears things up 🙂
