How can I talk to a koodo rep over the phone to discuss some charges that were unexpected?
What was the billing error?
Have you logged into your self serve and downloaded the detailed pdf ebill to see what the charges were about?
Was this a roaming charge or a credit that fell off?
To add to this, you can schedule a callback through your self serve account / the Koodo website using the chat bot or you can reach out to a Koodo rep through their Facebook or X profile pages.
