I was overcharged for an extra account on my account. Tried calling koodoo to talk to a rep and it sent me here. Are we not able to talk to customer reps anymore?

Did you accidentally add an extra account? If you want to cancel it, you need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep. https://Koo.do/Chat

Yes, but are you still trying to remove it? You need to schedule a callback in order to do that.
