I was charged for usd roaming without using my phone and all data and cell being turned off. On top Of this I had already asked for my service to be stopped on holiday.

We have looked into it and we can see there was some data leakage that triggered the charges, right before the seasonal hold coming into effect, therefore we have been able to remove the charges.
