What type of an account? If it’s postpaid and you truly want to cancel your number, you will need to schedule a callback using the automated assistant.
If you plan to use your number with another provider, you can just port out and your Koodo line will be cancelled automatically.
Lastly, if it’s prepaid, just stop adding funding and your account will be cancelled after 90 days.
