I Signed-up For Koodo Internet in January 2024 But I Haven't Received a Bill

The useless chat service mentions I should follow a link in an email to complete the self registration process but I can’t find the email that discusses this type of activity.  So at this point I’m stuck.  I can’t create an account to set up my billing notification and add a credit card.  Also it same there is absolutely now way to contact a agent.

Koodo Internet service is a prepaid subscription based service, for which monthly payment is made automatically from your credit card that you used when you signed up.

You can check and download the receipts in self serve, more info here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-internet-billing-faqs

Please check your email inbox, you should have received an email to complete the registration for your self serve account.
