I have to schedule a payment for October 15th and I just ordered my husband a new cell phone on my secondary line. It now says it is waiting to be approved. The scheduled callback said MONDAY. Why are you advertising that your callbacks are within thirty minutes?! It's a LIE. You don't call back until the next day. This isn't professional and it's false advertisement. I need to speak to a Rep. This company is utterly terrible!!!!!!

Where did you see the messages saying a callback can be made within 30minutes? I don't think they can make that statement
Anyway, what was the issue with the payment and the order? You could ask here as well
It takes time for the order to go through. I would suggest you to wait until you receive any further updates.
