The promotion said no Connection Fee but 2 of my 4 phone numbers were charged total $120 additional. Also only 3 of the 4 numbers show up on the billing. Did you activate 4 lines at the same time? Can you describe the timeline of activation?

As well, if possible, can you post a snapshot of the page 3 or 4 current bill here? Hide all personal detail before posting please.
