Not sure how, but I had autopay with credit card enabled (for years now).
It didn’t charge it and I got charge late fee.

 

I did recently change my plan, so maybe that caused the issue 🤷.

Assuming that you saw the missed payment and late fees on your most recent bill?

On the top of page 2 of your pdf ebill (I believe it’s page 2), you’ll see a section that shows payment history. Does there show anything that says “payment reversal” or anything similar?


Hi @Wchan, the credit card you had on file expired at the end of September. We noticed you were able to update the credit card information in the meantime. The payment was due to processed around the same time the card expired which is why it didn’t go through until you updated the card. 


@Wchan, I double checked and the payment actually registered on the account 1-2 days before the new bill was issued so I’ve added a credit for the $1.31 late payment charge.
