I’ve ported out my phone from koodo, but I haven't received last bill with remaining tab left and whatever was there left to pay. 

It says I’m all paid up when I log into the self serve, but I had a remaining tab left at the moment of porting out.
I’m currently outside of Canada, so I can’t use the callback option, also the AI assistant runs into problems when I try to ask questions about my account, maybe because it’s been already cancelled.

I don't want to have any issues with unpaid bills, so I would appreciate someone at Koodo to look into this.

Also when I log into self serve there seems to be the last bill but it has been never sent to me and when I was logging into my account it says “im all paid up” - which is not true and now im few days past the date due of that payment…

how to pay that bill when there is no invoice or button to press?

 


After cancellation, they will send you a “final bill” to settle everything between you and Koodo. You should still have access to self-serve for 90 following the cancellation.

As of now, if you would like to pay, you can do that in self-serve (if you have a Canadian credit card). If you can’t pay there for some reasons, you can chat with a rep via Facebook messaging.

I haven't got that final bill yet, that charge that I saw today while logging into my account is for 264 which makes sense regarding the tab charge etc but there is no invoice its just a note that the date for paying that was on the 31st of Oct… but at the same time I haven't received any invoice..

tried that - that bill hasn't been posted - its strange as there is no indicator of it other than just a record in the table for October 2024… I hope they will send it…

 

 


as you can see.. the record of me missing 264 was “found out” on the 31st and at the same time its set due for 31st even though that I havent got any bill or invoice for that…

This is not the bill. It is the account history. Please see the link above to download the PDF bill.

As well, the bill date is 31 Oct. You should be able to download the latest PDF bill in  1,2 days.


btw that payment of 64 is something I actually got a bill for and that's why I paid it - I was surprised its so small but at that point system kept telling me im all paid up - even now it still claims that on the overview tab..


there is no record of any bill in my account from October.. Ive used the link that you’ve sent me and all my docs end in September…

The bill is not yet ready on your account, however you should be able to see the detailed PDF bill for October tomorrow or on Tuesday at latest.

I got scared today seeing that history that I have some unpaid stuff due for 31st...


If your bill date is the 31st of the month, I hen your new bill is not generated yet.

It usually takes 3-5 business days to update.
