I had Amazon Prime through Koodo, then switched to the stream+ subscription. I'm continuing to be charged $9.99 for Prime every month plus paying for Stream, but the prime subscription isn't available in my self serve to cancel, even after cancelling stream. So I've been paying twice for Amazon for the past two months and I need it to stop charging me and cancel Amazon 

Hi ​@StephLB, the Amazon Prime is being charged to your Koodo bill, you should be able to remove it from your online account, like any other add-on. Here is a guide to managing the service https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/amazon-prime-on-koodo, pasting the relevant information below as well:

  1. Log in to Self Serve
  2. From the “Self Serve” drop-down menu, select Mobile services
  3. On the “Mobile services” page, under the “My add-ons” section, select Manage add-ons
  4. On the add-ons page, locate "Amazon Prime" in your list of add-ons, then select the 'x' to remove it.

I know it should, but it isn't there, it only shows stream, which I was able to cancel, but the 9.99 for Prime keeps showing up on my bill, but isn't available in my self serve to cancel.


Ok ​@StephLB thank you for trying! We were able to cancel the Amazon Prime subscription on your account, you should be able to confirm in your Self Serve.
