I'm back in my country after stopping all my banks in Canada for personal reasons. How can I pay my last bill without any Canada bank account? Now I only have Korean credit card.

I can’t make any call or get text by Canadian number because I already call with Koodo assistant and he said I can go back to my country and pay the remaining fees after the number is stopped on the 11th. But now that I see it, I'm very confused that Koodo only accepts Canadian credit cards. What should I do with my situation where I can't pay even if I want to?
